The event will take place at the swimming pool of sports complex. Separate individual participation from boys and girls will be there.

Nothing beats swimming and nothing – absolutely nothing, beats swimming for NAC’s RIFT 2011. So all you water lovers out there; bring out the fish in you for some time and enjoy the freedom of Islamabad Sports Complex waters.

The cool cool water whispering sweet endearments in your ear, spectators cheering and contestants striving to catch up with you… You just stroke and pat and glide right through it.

Rules for RIFT

• Participants diving early before the whistle will be disqualified.
• Participants doing the stroke in a wrong manner will also be disqualified.
• The decision of the judges will be final
• Participants are advised to be on time as the event will strictly follow the time schedule

Equipment:

Participants are advised to bring their own costumes and accessories as no such assistance will be given by the event management.

Number of participants:

Free style                 50m
Medlay relay         4*50m    comprise of 4 teams members

Registration fees: 100 Rs for NAC members and 150 Rs for regular members.
